Have you tried zucchini in a smoothie? If not, it’s about time! You can’t taste it but it’s a great way to get more veggies into your meals:).

Tip: If you have a histamine intolerance, banana and spinach is not for you. You can exchange these with frozen Mango and kale or cucumber and also enjoy a delicious and healthy smoothie!

Serves 1

Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

1 handful frozen blueberries
1 banana
1/3 zucchini
1 handful spinach
150ml oat milk

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a mixer and combine until you have a creamy smoothie.
