Welcome to Nathalie’s Cuisine!
I’m a food blogger, author, certified nutritionist and happy food ambassador. I’m originally from Munich and studied in Tel Aviv. Today I live between Munich, Berlin and Tel Aviv. My mission, making healthy food sexy! Whether you have intolerances or not, healthy food doesn’t have to be complicated to time consuming. It can simply be delicious and fun!
In my early twenties I was diagnosed with several food intolerances including histamine, gluten and lactose. After suffering from multiple symptoms for many months this diagnosis was a shock at the beginning but didn’t hold me back at all! Quite the opposite actually but rather the beginning of “Nathalie’s Cuisine” a few years later. I rediscovered health food and even managed to heal my intolerances after all.
Over the past 4 years, I wrote two books, “Happy Healthy Food” and “Me Food My Food My Tel Aviv”, I give lectures about healthy living and food intolerances and publish daily new recipes and tips on my website and my social media channels Instagram and Facebook.
