Method:
Cut the haloumi into slices. Place in a heated non-stick frying pan and add some thyme and honey. Fry for about 2min on each side until the cheese is nice and crispy.
Top the bread with avocado, tomato, halloumi, rocket and a few chilli flakes if needed.
