Try out this perfect Snack for Energy – for long-lasting satisfaction and an energy boost for your day. The matcha will make you feel awake and it is an extra protein boost.

Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor. Then press the mixture into a mould and place it in the freezer. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with a little coconut oil and pour over the mixture. Top with the desired topping.

My favourite toppings are coconut shred for a fresh taste and different kind of nuts.

INGREDIENTS

100g Oatflour
40g Coconut shreds
3-4 Tsp. Matcha
2 Tbsp. Chocolate protein Powder
100g Peanut butter
3 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
3-4 Tbsp. Marple syrup
6 Medjool dates, pitted

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor

Then press the mixture into a mould and place it in the freezer

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with a little coconut oil and pour over the mixture. Top with the desired topping
