It takes a while for them to get crunchy in the oven but it’s so worth it! No need to feel guilty after eating these, so drop the processed chips you buy in the supermarket and munch on these healthy snacks!
INGREDIENTS
Method:
Preheat the oven to 50 degrees Celsius. Peel the beet roots and pumpkin. Use a peeler to cut the veggies into thin slices. Separate the kale leaves from the stem and place everything on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle some salt, olive oil and paprika powder on top and bake for 1 h in the oven until all the veggies are dry. Towards the end of the baking time check on your veggies to make sure they are not burning. Cool off and serve them fresh because thats when they are extra crunchy.
