back to mainThis recipe is mostly histaminefree but if your tolerance to histamine is very low I would do some adjustments. Leave out the chili and lemon juice and you are good to go!

Method:
Place the garlic and ginger into a pot. Add the coconut oil and fry until golden. Add the rest of the veggies and spices and mix. Add the coconut milk and lemon and simmer for about 10min. Add the noodles and cook until tender. Serve with sesame seeds, fresh coriander and chili flakes.
