INGREDIENTS
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cut the squash in half.
Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and lemon juice in a bowl and brush over the halves.
Bake for 30 mins/until soft. Then sprinkle with walnuts, feta, salt & pepper.
