INGREDIENTS
2 Cups
Kale or Arugula
1
Avocado
1 Cup
Mushrooms
1/4 Cup
Sunflower seeds
1 Cup
Tofu in cubes
Dressing:
2 Tbsp.
Sunflower seeds
60g
Cashew Nuts
100ml
Oat milk
1 Tbsp.
Nutritional Yeast
3 Tbsp.
Olive oil
1/2
Juice of a lemon
Method:
Cut the mushrooms and the tofu and fry it in a bit of oil until golden. Add the salad and avocado to a bowl. Top with mushrooms and tofu.
Put all ingredients for the dressing into a blender and blend well. Mix salad with dressing and enjoy!
