Blueberry Coconut Smoothieback to main
Are you having a busy morning and no time to make breakfast? No problem! This blueberry and coconut smoothie is super tasty and super quick to prepare. Fill the smoothie into a to-go cup and you are ready for a productive day. I love to add some chia seeds to my smoothie but if you don’t have time for the 10 min soaking time, just add 1 tsp of hemp seeds or grounded tiger nuts which is also really delicious.
This recipe is not only a great and light way to start the day for those who don’t like a lot of food in the morning (like me). This blueberry coconut smoothie is also a great snack in the afternoon, which will make it so much easier to get your head back into the game.
Add coconut milk, frozen blueberries and dates into a mixer and blend. Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds and let it sit for 10 min. Stir with a spoon and drink!
