Method:
Place all the ingredients into food processor and mix until you have a creamy texture but not too smooth. Form burgers with your hands. Pour the olive oil into a pan and add the burgers. Fry on each side for 2-3min. If you like your burgers more crunchy you can also put them in the oven after frying for another 15min at 200°C.
Use your favourite bun, add some veggies and enjoy!
