Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the flaxseeds in a glas with 3 tbsp of water and let it soak for 5 min.
Place all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) into a large bowl and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Form about 12 balls and press into the baking tray for the perfect cookie shape. Bake for 10-12min and let it cool off completely.
