Tahini Cookies

If you have a histamine intolerance you can use white vegan chocolate instead of dark chocolate chips

Serves 12 cookies
Cooks in 15 Minutes
Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

1tbsp grounded flaxseeds
140g maple syrup
100g Tahini
Pinch of vanilla
90g oat flour
40g almond flour
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2-3tbsp chocolate chips

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the flaxseeds in a glas with 3 tbsp of water and let it soak for 5 min.

Place all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) into a large bowl and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Form about 12 balls and press into the baking tray for the perfect cookie shape. Bake for 10-12min and let it cool off completely.
