Creamy Potato Gratin

Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel an cut the potatoes into thin slices. Layer them in a casserole dish. I like to alternate each layer. One with sweet potato and one with potato.
For the creamy sauce, place the coconut milk and spices into a small sauce pan. Heat it up and mix with a whisk. Pour the sauce on the potatoes in the casserole dish.
Evenly distribute the grounded nuts. Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake for 1h in in the oven. Uncover the dish and bake for another 10-15min. If you want you can also use vegan cheese or cheese instead of the grounded nuts!
