Lazy girl lunch! For all those who want to eat healthy but don’t have much time.
My tip: make more of the sauce straight away! You can keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days and it goes with EVERYTHING!

Serves 2
Cooks in 10 Minutes
Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

350g glutenfree pasta
150g green peas
80g kale or spinach
1/2 avocado
bit of basil
20g almonds
200ml coconut cream
bit of lemon juice
pinch salt

Method:

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix. Cook the pasta. Serve with a little salt, pepper & basil.
