When I still had my histamine intolerance, I never thought the day would come that I could eat tomato soup again. It happened thanks to intestinal rebuilding and I’m all the more pleased to share the recipe with you. The soup is so easy, quick to make and there’s just nothing better than a warm soup on cold days, is there? If you have a histamine intolerance, you can also easily make the recipe with paprika.

Also great for freezing and reheating for those days that are very busy.

Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

1 kg tomatoes or peppers
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
bit of thyme
pinch salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Method:

Bake everything in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes and then mix in a blender.
