Pumpkin Porridge

INGREDIENTS

130 g pumpkin, diced
400 ml plant milk
100 g oats
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch turmeric
Pinch Vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings: seasonal fruits (figs, pomegranate seeds), cacao nibs, peanut butter, maple syrup

Method:

Cook the pumpkin in the plant milk until soft and mix until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients besides the toppings and simmer for 5-7 minutes until thick and creamy. Serve with your favourite toppings.
