Healthy Energy Balls

These energy balls are a dream and they combine all the nutritious ingredients to feel vital! I love having one or two in the afternoon when I start craving some unhealthy sweets. They are so easy to make and you can make lots at the same time to have a snack handy for the whole week. They are incredible in flavour and a healthy and portable snack! If you have histamine intolerance, make sure to buy organic dates that are free from any sulfides and additives!



Cooks in 30 Minutes
Difficulty Easy


5 fresh/dried pitted dates
50 gr gluten free oats
60 gr macadamia nuts
2 tbsp tiger nut cream
30 gr shredded coconut
pinch of sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
hemp seeds to roll the balls in


Add all the ingredients into a food processor until a dough forms. Roll into balls, then roll the balls in hemp seeds. Place the balls into the fridge for 20-30 min before indulging. Store the energy balls in a container in the fridge for up to a week.
