INGREDIENTS

80g Cashews (or pine nuts if you have a histamine intolerance)
30g fresh coriander (or parsley if you prefer)
1/2 lemon, juiced
100ml oat milk
1tbsp apple cider vinegar
to taste salt
Optional chili flakes

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days in the fridge
