If you have a histamine intolerance, use almonds instead of cashews:)

INGREDIENTS

220g Medjool dates, pitted
200g cashews/almonds
60g oats
1tsp grounded ginger
Pinch of vanilla (optional)

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and mix until you have a sticky dough. Form into 12-16 balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
