Frozen Yogurt Love!

Who else is obsessed with frozen yogurt? I surely am! The good news is that you don’t need any machine to make your own delicious summer snack. What I especially love about this recipe besides the fact that it’s so simple is that you can add any toppings and decide how sweet you like it. Store bought frozen yogurt is usually full of sugar and additives. Making your own doesn’t only save you money but is also so much healthier.

I love to make this on hot days, especially when I have friends over and we hang out on my balcony. I just serve this refreshing snack and prepare my own little topping station, which is so fun and so yum!

My favourite combination is date sirup, hemp seeds and frozen berries but be creative and try all kinds of topping variations!

I’m ready for you hot days!

xx

Serves 1
Cooks in 5 Minutes
Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

200-240 g yogurt (natural/lactosefree/coconut)
1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional)
1 -2 tbsp frozen/fresh berries
1 tsp date syrup (or any other sweetener you like)
sprinkle of hemp seeds/chopped almonds/shredded coconut

Method:

If you want to add vanilla to your yogurt, open it, stir in the vanilla, cover the yogurt and pop it into the freezer for 30-45 min. If you want to yogurt to be natural just pop it in as it is for 30-45 min. Alternatively, place the yogurt int he fridge over night and take it out 30 min before serving.

Put the yogurt into a bowl and add the desired toppings. My favourite combination is date sirup, frozen berries and hemp seeds!
