Coconut Porridge – no oats

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp coconut flour
Pinch of vanilla
1 tbsp grounded flaxseeds
2-3 tsp coconut sugar
250ml coconut milk
Toppings: nut butter, blueberries, fruit, coconut flakes

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a small pot and heat up slowly. Keep stirring and cook until the porridge gets super creamy. You can add some frozen blueberries into the pot if you want! Serve with your favorite toppings!
