Christmas Porridge

Method:
Place all the ingredients for the porridge into a small pot and simmer until super creamy. Pour into a breakfast bowl.
For the caramelised apple, dice the apple into small pieces and place into a small pot with the maple syrup and cinnamon. Cook until the apple is soft. Pour on to the porridge and serve with extra coconut yogurt and nut butter on top.
