Crispy and sweet Tart! The best thing about this delicious tart is, that you can top it up with your favourite fruit or with whichever fruit is in season right now.

Serves 1 Cake
Cooks in 10 Minutes
Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

220g Oatflour
1 Tsp. Vanilla
40g Coconut Oil
100g Maple Syrup
Filling:
200g Coconut Yoghurt
250g Berries

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Coat a tart tin or round cake tin with coconut oil. Place all the ingredients for the cake base in a bowl and mix well to form a dough. Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper until it is a few mm thick. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the tart is golden brown.

Spread the cooled tart with yoghurt and top with berries.
