“Life is a Combination of Pesto and Pasta”

This arugula pesto pasta is the creamiest pasta I’ve ever eaten! It’s so easy and fast to make and just tastes heavenly! This recipe is just perfect if you want to put together a healthy and homemade meal in 10 minutes. Next time you have friends over make sure you make a big bowl of this arugula pesto goodness!

If you manage to safe some of the arugula pesto, you can just store it in any airtight container in the fridge and use it as a spread for bread.

Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

250 g glutenfree Pasta
70 g pine nuts
2 handful fresh arugula
2 handful fresh basil
4 tbsp olive oil
50 ml water
Pinch of salt

Method:

Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.

In the meantime, place all the needed ingredients for the pesto into a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. If the pesto is too thick, add more water or/and olive oil until you have the right consistency. Add to pesto to the pasta and mix. Sprinkle some more pine nuts on top and enjoy!
