Family Style Dinner

This salmon in candy paper has been a traditional recipe in my family.  It originally stems from my mother and we have been making it for years. This recipe has so much sentimental value to me that I even started making it for my friends and it has been a great success! Since it doesn’t require a lot of time it’s perfect when you are hosting a large group of friends.

This dish is really easy to make and with this little amount of ingredients and effort nobody would believe the amazing taste this dish has. The most important part about this recipe is the quality of the fish. I recommend going to a fish store and making sure the fish is freshly caught in order to avoid any histamine related symptoms. I always bring a cooling bag with me and have the fish packed on ice to keep it cool until I get home.

Kochzeit 30 Minuten

ZUTATEN

2 salmon filets
1 medium carrot
1 medium zucchini
1/2 celeriac
salt
2 sandwich papers

Zubereitung:

Grate the vegetables and place them in the middle of the sandwich paper. Salt the fish and place it on the vegetables. Wrap the paper like a candy. Place it in the oven for 20 - 30 min on 150°C
