Gingerbread Men Christmas Cookies
back to mainMerry Christmas!
It’s finally time to share with you the last part of my exclusive Christmas Menu! I have a huge sweet tooth so dessert is my favourite part of the whole meal. We are making Gingerbread Men Christmas Cookies! As usual, I created another dessert idea for you, an apple and raisin Christmas cake. Click here to see the cake recipe. My recommendation to you is to make both, I surely will!
These little gingerbread men are so cute and delicious! When I was a child, my favourite part of making cookies was always the decoration. The fun part is you can decorate as a whole family and be completely creative about it! I like it simple but feel free to add any glitter or color you love. Once you baked these, you whole house will smell like Christmas!
In the past two weeks I have showed you already the starter recipes and main course.

INGREDIENTS
Method:
Place all the dry ingredients for the gingerbread men into a bowl and mix. Add the liquid ingredients and start kneading with your hands until you have a ball of dough. Place it into the fridge for about 10-15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Sprinkle some flour on your worktop. Take the dough out of the fridge, roll it out and cut out the gingerbread men. Place them on the lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until golden. Let them cool off completely. Prepare your desired icing and decorate your gingerbread men!
