Watermelon Popsicles

INGREDIENTS

1kg watermelon
30ml lemon juice (leave it out if you have a histamine intolerance)
1 tbsp fresh mint (optional)

Method:

Place the watermelon into a mixer and pulse until smooth. Strain the juice to make it smooth and pour back into the mixer. Add the lemon juice and optional mint. Pulse and distribute evenly into popsicle molds. Freeze!
