Tip: I used strawberries for the recipe but if you have a histamine intolerance use blueberries instead.

Cooks in 5 Minutes
Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

150g frozen Mango
50g frozen berries (strawberry, raspberry or blueberry)
150g oat milk
Toppings: fresh berries, nut butter, homemade granola

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a high speed mixer until you have a creamy consistency. Serve with your favourite toppings.
