For me, porridge is the most nourishing breakfast there is. It’s so easy and quick to make, no need for plenty of utensils and I feel satisfied until lunch! These are all great reasons to regularly eat breakfast and stay energized for the rest of the day. This simple & delicious porridge is especially yummy because it gets really nice and creamy when cooking it and tastes amazing fresh and warm. There is nothing better than eating a bowl of this heavenly mixture before a hectic day at work.

Method:
Place the oats, dates, cinnamon and salt into a small pot and pour the water in. Cook everything on low temperature about 10 min until the oats are smooth and the porridge creamy. After 5 min, stir in the shredded apple and continue stirring. Sprinkle some seeds on top if you like before serving.
