Tip: If you have histamine intolerance you can still very easily make some small changes in the recipe and still make it. In my experience it would be enough to just exchange the pecans with more of the other ingredients. If there are any other nuts and seeds you don’t tolerate you can just exchange them for any other nut or seed that works for you.
Preheat the oven to 165° Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place all the dry ingredients into a large bowl and combine. Add the coconut oil and maple syrup and mix well. Distribute the granola evenly on the baking tray and bake for 25 minutes. Take the granola out of the oven and cool off completely. Store in an airtight jar or box.
