INGREDIENTS

250g peanut butter (if you have a histamine intolerance you can also use almond butter)
180g pitted dates
350ml oat drink
pinch of salt
pinch of vanilla

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a mixer and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds or a container and freeze!
