INGREDIENTS

100g oat flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
160g peanut butter, unsweetened
50g maple syrup
100g dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil

Method:

Place the oat flour, salt and vanilla into a bowl and mix. Add the peanut butter and maple syrup and mix well. Line a casserole dish with baking paper and press the dough into the dish. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a water bath and pour it on the dough. Distribute evenly and freeze. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
