If you have a histamineintolerance you can use almonds instead of hazelnuts and white chocolate instead if dark chocolate.

Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

180g hazelnuts
50g dried apricots
25g coconut oil
1tbsp apple sauce
55g maple syrup
1tsp gingerbread spice
Glaze:
100g chocolate
1tsp coconut oil

Method:

Place all ingredients into a food processor and mix until you have a rough dough. Form the dough into patties and place on baking paper.

Melt the chocolate with 1tsp of coconut oil in a water bath and pour the chocolate on top of the raw cookies. Store in the fridge.
