INGREDIENTS

280g chickpeas from the can, rinsed
130g peanut butter
20g cocoa powder
1/2tsp vanilla
1/2tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
80g chocolate chips
110g maple syrup

Method:

Place all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips into a food processor and mix until you have a creamy dough. Fold in the chocolate chips. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius und line a baking tin or small casserole dish with baking paper. Evenly distribute the dough and bake for 30min. Store in an airtight container.
