Potato Salad
back to mainTip: If you have a histamine intolerance you can still make this amazing summer recipe with just a few changes. You only need to change the dressing because of the lemon and mustard so you can just use apple cider vinegar with olive oil instead, which also works great!

Method:
Cut the cooked potatoes in half and place into a large bowl. Add the chopped celery, half of the chopped onions and half of the chopped parsley. For the sauce place the rest of the onion, parsley, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix with a spoon. Pour on top of the salad and mix well.
