If you have a histamine intolerance this is not a suitable smoothie bowl recipe but I have plenty more smoothie bowls that are histamine free. Try this one for example:

Smoothie Bowl

Cooks in 5 Minutes
Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen banana
1tbsp nut butter
1,5tsp cocoa powder
80ml oat drink
pinch of salt
1 date, pitted

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a mixer and blend until smooth. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
