Deliciousness in a little ball

Coconut is an ingredient I love to use all year round. I called this recipe snow balls because these fresh and creamy no bake coconut snow balls will melt away in your mouth. You can decide whether you want to add cranberries or macadamia nuts. I personally love them with cranberries as it adds a sour taste to it and I think the combination of sweet and sour is great! I’m so happy that I found so many delicious ways to make vegan desserts. I’m always surprised how amazing these desserts turn out. They taste so good, I forget that they are made out of so many healthy ingredients.
