My Favourite Granola

Serves 500 g Granola

INGREDIENTS

200g oats
60g cashews/macadamia nuts (use macadamia nuts if you have a histamineintolerance)
Pinch of salt
Pinch of vanilla
30g coconut flakes
30g sunflower seeds
60g maple syrup
80g coconut oil

Method:

Preheat the oven to 165°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix. Distribute evenly on the lined baking tray and bake for 25 minutes. Cool off completely! Store in an airtight container.
