Method:
Place the chopped garlic and olive oil and roast for a minute. Add the zucchini and tomatoes as well as salt, pepper and balsamic. Roast for a few minutes until the tomatoes start to fall apart. Add the tomato sauce, olives and artichokes and cook for 5-7min.
In the meantime, cook the pasta as written on the package. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, mix well and serve with fresh basil and chili flakes.
