Lemon Bars
back to mainTip: since lemon is a histamine liberator I would recommend leaving it out if you have a histamine intolerance! Then the bars are not lemony but still super healthy and delicious.
INGREDIENTS
Method:
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until you have a chunky dough. Line a casserole dish with baking paper and firmly press in the dough. Decorate with some desiccated coconut and let it firm up in the fridge or freezer. Cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
