Israeli Saladback to main
No matter what you order in Israel, there is always an Israeli salad to go with it. The secret to the salad is that the vegetables are diced very finely and that just makes it taste so fresh and delicious. Definitely give it a try! It’s a go to recipe of mine, especially in summer. It’s delicious by itself, but if you’re feeling it, you can add quinoa or tahini.
Tipp: for a low histamine version, switch out the tomatoes with bell peppers and leave out the lemon juice.
Chop all the ingredients for the salad very small and put them in a bowl.
Add the ingredients for the dressing to a jar or small bowl and mix it. Pour it over the salad and mix well.
