Cut the banana diagonally in half an carefully push an ice cream stick in. Cover the bananas in peanut butter and roll them in crushed peanuts. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a water bath and dip the bananas into the chocolate or drip some on it with a spoon. Place into the freezer.
