If you have a histamine intolerance you can still enjoy this yummy recipe with a few changes. Use more eMango instead of banana and kale instead of spinach. Enjoy!

Cooks in 5 Minutes
Difficulty Easy

INGREDIENTS

1 handful spinach
1/2 frozen Mango
1/2 frozen banana
1 small cucumber
1/2 tsp flaxseeds
1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp hemp seeds
180ml plant drink eg. oat drink

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
