If you have a histamine intolerance you can you almonds or pistachios and instead of cocoa powder you can use carob or leave it out.

Serves 15-20 balls

INGREDIENTS

80g Nuts of your choice
200g pitted dates
20g Seeds of your choice (sunflower or pumpkin seeds)
Pinch of vanilla
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of gingerbread spice
Pinch of salt
2tbsp cocoa powder

Method:

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and mix until you have a chunky dough. Form 15-20 balls and store in an airtight container.
