Creamy Red Pepper Sauce

Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a backing tray with baking paper.
Quarter the onion and bell bell pepper and place on the lined baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Place the finished vegetables in a blender with the remaining ingredients for the sauce and puree. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve with pepper and fresh basil!
