Creamy Pasta Salad

Tip: if you have a histamine intolerance and have a problem with the lemon juice, just leave it out and add some more water.

INGREDIENTS

250g pasta, cooked
100g peas, from the tin
2 handful radishes, sliced
2 carrots, shredded
1 handful fresh coriander, chopped
1tbsp sesame
For the creamy tahini sauce:
120ml tahini
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 lemon, juiced
2tbsp water
salt to taste

Method:

For the salad, place all the ingredients into a large bowl. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a glas and pour on top of the salad. Mix well and serve.
