Crazy Herb Salad
back to mainThis is the best side salad! I love it especially with a chicken or meat dish. It just makes every meal so fresh. The combination of the herbs with the sweet and fresh pomegranate is really great! This is a great change to a typical green salad. I didn’t put any grams on how much of each herb you should use as it depends your taste. Herbs have a very distinct taste and every person has different preferences. I love to take an equal amount of all herbs and add all the toppings with a shot of lemon. So good!

Method:
Chop all the herbs into small pieces, sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top. Add some lemon, salt and olive oil.
This looks amazing! I don’t see where the listed ingredients are for this recipe. Am I missing something?

The ingredients are on the top right. Here is the list again:):
fresh peppermint
fresh parsley
fresh coriander
pomegranate
lemon juice
olive oil
salt
dried cranberries (optional)
hemp seeds
Since everybody has different preferences when it comes to herbs you can use more of the one you love and leave out one if you don’t like it.
I usually use a handful of each because I love all of them:)
