Super as a snack, but also suitable for breakfast for a brunch.

50 g almond flour
240 g oat flour
70 g starch
2 EL coconut sugar
15 g backing powder
200 ml plant milk
320 g apple sauce
2 TL cinnamon
2 EL raisins
75 g cashews or cashew butter
1 EL maple syrup
1 EL coconut oil
50 g powder sugar
2-4 EL oat milk


Mix all dry ingredients well and then add the vegetable drink, then roll out on some flour (about 1cm high). While you make the cinnamon filling you can preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Mix the ingredients for the cinnamon filling in a bowl and spread evenly on the rolled out dough. Then roll up the dough from the long side and cut it into slices about 3.5cm thick and then place them in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, mix the glaze. For this, mix all the ingredients - if you are histamine intolerant, replace the cashews with white almond paste. Then either pour over the still warm or also cooled cinnamon buns.
