Warning! The way you see the recipe on the pictures is not histaminefree! But the recipe can be easily changed to fit your needs. Just exchange the peanut butter with tigernut butter or almond butter, leave out the chocolate nibs and use white vegan chocolate instead of dark chocolate. With just a few changes you got yourself a low histamine treat!

Serves 6 crispies

Difficulty Easy


80g bran cereal
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp nut butter
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tsp chocolate nibs
100g melted chocolate


Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Line a muffin tray with muffin paper and equally distribute the mixture. Put the tray in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
