Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Tip: If you have a histamine intolerance just use white chocolate chips instead of dark ones or leave them out all together.

INGREDIENTS

60g oat flour
20g coconut flour
1 tbsp grounded flaxseeds
3 tbsp water
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of vanilla
pinch of salt
2 tbsp maple syrup
160g oat milk
2 tbsp chocolate chips (chopped chocolate)
1 tbsp coconut oil
To serve: nut butter, maple syrup, coconut yogurt, fruits

Method:

Place the grounded flaxseeds into a small bowl and add 3 tbsp of water. Soak for 5min. In the meantime mix the rest of the ingredients and add the soaked flaxseeds. Heat up a small pan and add 1/2 tsp of coconut oil. One pancake is about 2 tbsp of batter. Fry each side for about 1-2min. Repeat the process until all the batter is used. Serve with your favourite toppings
